everyday beauty

Wanted to share a video about warping the loom last night. The intention was to use just red. What happened was, the warp has a bit of red, but mostly pink, orange and purple. I am not surprised though. Sooner or later a red only warp will happen. The video was too big blogger said. I have been weaving a bit obsessively. I may try to sell the scarves. I can't possibly wear that many.

Foam love. And light. And pink.

Foam is so pretty, and it flies. No need to say anything actually. A flock of plovers were flying, running, eating, being a wave. It was amazing to watch. Tiny white plovers. Rumi asked me if the ocean is magical. Everything is magical. It may seem more obvious at some places or sometimes.

Sunshine

Rumi wanted to weave a scarf for her friend. We'll give it to her tomorrow.

Look the caged cyclamen is about to bloom!

Drawing like a 4 year old is immensely enjoyable.
The other photos are from yesterday or so.

Greetings to blue sky, the music in the headphones, but mostly to pink chestnut blossoms.

some excessive sharing of photos

This might be a challenging gallery of images because of the repetitive ones. But I don't have to explain anything. This is an open space. Today I was walking with a friend, and she asked me about our Christmas tree. What kind it was. I don't know. I had no pictures of it on my phone, but remember having posted pictures here. Went to the blog, but the titles don't seem to be very descriptive or helpful in informing you about the random mish mash of spontaneous snapshots, so I gave up.

It was so pretty the two browns. That of the chicken, and the brown of the leaves, next to each other.  One with red, one with yellow. Simply speaking.

Sunshine!

The new scarf on the loom.

Three turkeys in the above picture. Blending in perfectly.

Today there were multiple surprises. I had noticed the chickens were acting hungry lately. Luckily went to check their feeder to find it empty. I can't remember what day I noticed it was getting low. That's not a good sign. Might have been 4 days ago?! 3 grey eggs were the other surprise. Someone rang the bell, but when I opened there was no one, just a tiny poinsettia in a pot in one of the shoes. The last realization-I had forgotten to feed the kids lunch.

There is a moon in the photo.

It was so nice, the birds singing at sunset, light changing, the white page glowing in cold whiteness. Surrounded by wet dark tones.
The saying "Follow your bliss" seems to be happening a lot, but the rational mind does NOT like it. It is seriously concerned. Bah!
