This isn't even a good drawing, but it can serve as an illustration to the big announcement. Three three year old hens came to live in our back yard. I really love their presence. Their first night here was on the 17th of October. Today, (shy of a month later) the coop they used to live in was reassembled and furnished with straw. I worked on it all day, and feel physically tired. Glad they have a warmer place to sleep in now. Such a relief! The back yard still needs to be tidied up, but the dirty work is done!
